Featuring expansive space, well-lit interiors, and a fantastic array of features and décor options, our venues have the flexibility to suit a multitude of capacities. And all of our venues come with the added bonus of having the spectacular, scenic stretches of Seaside Beach just steps away from our hotel.

Lewis & Clark Ballroom

The Lewis & Clark is a 3,102 sq. ft. meeting space that can accommodate up to 350 guests. It can be divided into three (3) separate rooms for multiple uses. The Lewis & Clark Ballroom includes 14′ ceiling height, chandeliers, and attractive furnishings perfect for banquets, special catering events, meetings and most other special uses. It includes its own restrooms, and a foyer area perfect for registration, social hour, or other purposes.

Seaside Sandpiper

The Seaside Sandpiper is a 1,540 sq. ft that can accommodate up to 100 people. This area can be divided into 2 meetings space for multi-use or smaller gatherings . The ceilings are 10′ and the space includes 400 sq. ft. of pre-function area, and its own restrooms.

Ceremony on the Beach

Our beachfront can hold up to 175 guests with a 30 person minimum. Chairs are not included, however, we can assist with connecting you to local beach chair vendors in the area. Whether it’s the ceremony or bonfire, our expert team can help plan your perfect celebration.

Bonfire on the Beach

Get everyone together and unwind after the reception. Our team will have the fire set up when you arrive and have beach chairs available for your group (max 15). The bonfire is based on two hours and timeframe must land within the 8:00am to 11:00pm per city requirements.  

  • $300 for Up to 30 attendees  
  • Each additional attendee is $2 per person 
  • Receive a $100 discount when adding onto a ceremony package (both events must occur on the same day)

Terms: The package cost becomes nonrefundable once booked. The permit fee is included in the package price. Does not include 19% service charge.

All Packages Include
  • Banquet staff for up to 5-hours of event service time.
  • White linen, white napkins, and white chair covers.
  • China, glassware, and flatware for food and beverage services.
  • Setup and teardown of round, sweetheart, gift, guest welcome, and DJ tables.
  • 24-hour cake storage (must be boxed and labelled) and cake cutting services.
  • Bar services for up to 5-hours of event service time (beverages billed separately).
