Oregon Coast Meeting & Event Facilities

• The Lewis & Clark Ballroom. The Lewis & Clark Ballroom is our largest meeting room at 3,100 square feet. Situated on the third floor of the hotel, this elegant ballroom has abundant natural lighting from tall picture windows. Chandeliers provide a warm, intimate environment for evening functions or romantic weddings. This spacious room is perfect for dinners, meetings, trade shows and receptions.
  
• The Seaside/Sandpiper Ballroom. The Seaside/Sandpiper Ballroom on the lower level of the hotel provides 1,971 square feet of meeting or event space. The elegant décor and accessibility to the lobby provide an ideal location for meetings, luncheons, or casual receptions.
  
• The Tillamook Head Room. The Tillamook Head Room, found on the second floor of the hotel, is the perfect space for conference registration, board meetings, planning sessions, small cocktail parties or wedding rehearsal dinners.
